FOLLOW THE MONEY — FIRST SIX READABLE CARDS Snapshot: November 4, 2026. This is a selected pilot, not nationwide coverage. ELECTION SERIES 01 Crypto money trail: Ripple Labs $48,000,000 in retained 2025-26 receipts to Fairshake C00835959. Fairshake $1,015,758 in retained general-election independent expenditures supporting Derek Tran H4CA45170. These are separate flows: the group-wide receipt is not earmarked to Tran. AP feed called Tran the winner and Chuong Vo the loser in CA-45. 02 NC Senate: largest supportive group retained for each major-party candidate is Planned Parenthood Votes North Carolina C00887182 ($1,227,889.42 for Roy Cooper) and Americans for Prosperity Action C00687103 ($2,545,772.02 for Michael Whatley). Rounded to dollars on the card. Opposition spending and other support are excluded. All four named ballot candidates are acknowledged. These two examples do not claim to be each candidate's largest overall donor. 03 NC conduits: retained itemized individual receipts reporting AIPAC PAC C00797670 as conduit to Whatley total $172,800; JStreetPAC C00441949 as conduit to Cooper total $102,006. These are donors' contributions routed through a PAC, not that PAC's own money. They are not foreign-government payments. CURRENT CONGRESS SERIES 01 Defense: contributions dated January 1 through September 9, 2025, in the defined 11-PAC basket total $22,000 to Pat Harrigan's authorized committee and $9,000 to Don Davis's. Includes a $2,000 General Dynamics PAC contribution for Harrigan's 2024 primary debt. Both voted Aye on House roll 262, September 10, 2025, passage of H.R. 3838. Same-day contributions are excluded because transaction time is unknown. No refunds to the selected defense or AIPAC PACs were found for these recipients in the retained bulk extract. It is a broad authorization bill, not a vote to give a particular company a particular contract. PAC selection: General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, RTX, L3Harris, Boeing, Leonardo DRS, BAE Systems USA, Lockheed Martin, Huntington Ingalls, SpaceX, Leidos. 02 AIPAC PAC: $5,000 on March 13 and $5,000 on August 25, 2025 to Greg Murphy; $5,000 on May 22, 2025 and $5,000 on February 20, 2026 to Don Davis. Earmark/conduit adjustments are excluded. These precede July 15, 2026 House roll 243. Murphy voted No; Davis was Not Voting. Massie's amendment to H.R. 8595 would bar the bill's funds for Israel and reduce Foreign Military Financing by $3.3 billion. The measure covered more than military assistance alone. AIPAC explicitly praised rejection. No-vote is not an opposing position. 03 DRS: SEC proxy discloses March 31, 2026 ownership snapshot, 71.3% for Leonardo in DRS and approximately 30.2% Italian-state voting power in Leonardo. DRS has a foreign-ownership mitigation proxy arrangement. Its ethics code describes an employee-funded, voluntary PAC. FEC reports a $1,000 PAC gift to the Pat Harrigan Committee on July 23, 2025. Ownership snapshot follows the contribution; the card does not infer government financing. Harrigan's broad NDAA vote cannot establish any contract favor. CORRECTION TO EARLIER NATIONAL ATLAS The first atlas version used committee-to-candidate bulk records without excluding memo-described earmark/conduit disbursements. For example, JStreetPAC's $38,425 of reported transfers to Cooper were earmarked individual gifts, not its own donations. AIPAC's negative $6 earmark void for Murphy also should not reduce its own-PAC gifts. The corrected atlas excludes memo descriptions containing EARMARK, CONDUIT, PASS-THROUGH or PASSTHROUGH from the own-committee amount. The revised atlas and this pilot distinguish funding routes. The underlying nationwide extract remains incomplete and is not an audited total. FINANCIAL METHODS FEC bulk files downloaded November 4, 2026. Receipt/disbursement dates filtered as specified. IND contributor matching is reported-name based; amendments and refunds may affect later updates. Individual receipts include negative corrections but exclude positive memo allocations, potentially omitting some attributions. Independent expenditure figures use retained 24/48-hour notices and remove filings explicitly superseded via previous-file references. They are not all political advertising. Identical policy positions and a donation do not by themselves prove influence, causation or a quid pro quo.
